What we collect
Only what you send us through the contact form: your name, business name, email address or WhatsApp number, what you need and your message. Like every website, our hosting provider also keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site running and secure.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and prepare a plan and quote. The legal basis is your request to us (steps before a possible agreement). We never use it for newsletters or advertising unless you ask us to.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are deleted after 12 months if we don’t end up working together. If you become a client, we keep what the law requires, such as invoices, for 7 years.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell or rent your data. Our hosting and email providers process it on our behalf, under a data processing agreement.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
